Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026
Still Point Pages ("Still Point Pages", "we", "us") is a self-reflection and educational resource for men, operated by an individual based in Singapore. This policy explains what information we collect when you use stillpointpages.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain, because that is the whole brand.
The short version
- We collect your email address only if you give it to us, to send you a free guide and occasional emails.
- We may collect basic, non-identifying usage data to understand what is useful on the site.
- We never see or store your payment details. Purchases happen on Etsy, under Etsy's own policies.
- We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
- You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you join our email list or download a free guide, we collect the email address you submit (and, optionally, a first name). If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics we use may collect basic technical data such as your approximate region, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site you arrived from. This helps us understand what is working. Where this data is identifying, we treat it as personal information.
What we do not collect. We do not collect or store payment card details, billing addresses, or order information. All purchases of the workbook are completed on Etsy. When you buy there, Etsy collects and processes that information under Etsy's Privacy Policy, not ours.
How we use your information
- To send you the free guide or resource you requested.
- To send occasional, relevant emails (you can unsubscribe from every one of them in one click).
- To respond to your questions or requests.
- To understand how the site is used and improve the content.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We rely on your consent to send you marketing email, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving a small, honest website for the rest. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who processes your data (our providers)
We keep our tooling minimal. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site, and they process data on our behalf:
- Email marketing: MailerLite, which stores your email address and sends our emails. See MailerLite's Privacy Policy.
- Sales and product delivery: Etsy, where the workbook is sold and downloaded. See Etsy's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and delivery: our web host and content delivery network, which process basic request data to serve the site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to function, plus any privacy-respecting analytics we may add to count visits. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep basic usage data only as long as it is useful, then it is discarded or anonymised.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, you also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing and to data portability. If you are in Singapore, your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) apply. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. The fastest one: every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Children
This site and its products are intended for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will remove it.
International transfers and security
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. We choose reputable providers that commit to appropriate safeguards. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
