These terms govern your use of stillpointpages.com and the free resources on it. By using the site, you agree to them. Still Point Pages ("we", "us") is a self-reflection and educational resource for men, operated by an individual based in Singapore. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Not therapy, not medical advice

This is the most important term, so it comes first. Everything on this site, the articles, the quiz, the free guide, and the workbook, is for self-reflection and educational purposes only. It is not therapy, not counselling, not a clinical service, and not medical or psychological advice. It is not created or endorsed by a licensed clinician. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please seek qualified support. The free resources

The articles, the self-check quiz, and any free guide are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. The quiz is a reflective self-check, not an assessment or a diagnosis, and its result is for your own consideration only. We may add, change, or remove free content at any time.

Products and purchases

Our workbook and any other paid products are sold and delivered through Etsy, not directly on this site. When you buy, your purchase is a transaction with us through the Etsy marketplace, and it is governed by Etsy's Terms of Use and policies in addition to these terms. Payment, delivery of the digital files, and buyer protection are handled by Etsy.

Our products are digital downloads. Because a digital file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final once the file has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law or granted at our discretion or Etsy's. If a file is faulty or you cannot access it, contact us and we will make it right.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products, the writing, the workbook, the design, the brand name and mark, belongs to Still Point Pages and is protected by copyright. You may use what you buy or download for your own personal reflection. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, republish, or share the workbook or other paid content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, scrape it at scale, or use its content to harm others. We may restrict access to anyone who does.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the content accurate and the site running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suited to your particular situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Still Point Pages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its content. You use the self-reflection material at your own discretion and are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to other services, such as Etsy, our email provider, and crisis resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Their terms and policies apply when you use them.

Changes

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute relating to them or to the site will be subject to the courts of Singapore, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be set aside.
